Spin Master creates a variety of children’s toys every year. However, they decided to take a risk by acquiring “Fugglers,” a product more focused on adults.
I joined the Fugglers team to develop campaign ideas and grow the brand’s visual language. This led to some unconventional, creative ideas that were off the rocker. As a collector, I brought that mentality to the brand. We developed Fugglers with exclusivity in mind.

I led the discovery phase for the Fugglers website, conducting competitor analysis and aiding in the brand brief. I developed the sitemap, layouts, and wireframes.

Toy companies design products and packages far in advance, and digital style guides are often neglected. Our team fixed this, making significant changes to ensure we met mandaites and compliances (AODA/COPPA). I got to revamp the brand, paying respect to the packaging but developing a unique digital language.

After launching the brand in stores, we realized fans needed help finding particular Fugglers to complete their collection. The company launched a D2C Shopify website in response to address this issue. We customized a template to create a unique site experience, allowing people to order the exact Fuggler they need.
